The focus in this class is movement with the breath—not too fast or too intense. So we get the beautiful effect of movement that becomes meditative. Forty minutes of movement to release our physical and mental tension and then a period of meditation. During our 40 Day Challenge, the focus of our meditation will be on enhancing our self-compassion and gratitude.
