Unfortunately, Bridget Baird, our wonderful guest sound healer, has broken her arm! So she won’t be able to bring her bowls and lead our meditation. We are sending all our best energy to her for her healing.

But we’re in luck! Turns out that a yoga teacher who recently checked out Strongheart, mentioned that she studied Sound Healing in Nepal and she’s agreed to bring her Nepalese bowls and fill in for Bridget.

So the healing sounds will go on with McKenna Lacki. McKenna recently returned from studying yoga in India and she’s ready to start finding her community near us. Come and meet her and let the sound and vibration start your New Year with inner calm and rejuvenation.
