We are so happy to welcome Bridget back to Strongheart, after her too-long injury hiatus. She’ll bring her Chakra-Tuned Quartz Crystal Bowls to bring us another beautiful evening practice with sound. September 21st is the International Day of Peace, so we’ll dedicate this evening practice to that intention of peace in ourselves and in the world around us.

The bowls connect with each chakra's essence and energy, bring alignment and balance to the entire body, and recalibrate the nervous system. The healing frequencies bring the mind to a state of harmony and all the practitioner has to do is lay back open up to receive.
