Strongheart is in the enviable position of knowing two wonderful sound practitioners who can take us on a journey of self-discovery with their beautiful crystal singing bowls. Resting back and allowing the vibration to surround us, we can restore our mental balance and leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
As you read this, we don’t know who will bring us this healing practice…our own Jennifer Medina hopes to be able to travel back to Detroit and share this with us, but…if a family commitment doesn’t allow her to get away, Bridget (McCloskey) Baird has agreed to be on standby. It’s an embarrassment of sound riches for all of us at Strongheart and we can’t lose!
