No experience necessary. This is a very welcoming class for beginners and experienced yogis!
Chair Yoga may be perfect for you if you would like to stay active, improve strength and flexibility, and
you are uncomfortable getting up & down from the floor,
you are recuperating from an illness or injury,
you are pregnant or postpartum, or
you have balance issues or neuropathy.
We will practice seated as well as using the chair for support when we stand a bit.
Classes are held on four Tuesdays in February from 4:45pm - 5:30pm. (No class Feb 18)
