It’s easy for the men in our lives to see yoga as a “just for women” thing. They may feel like they aren’t “bendy” enough for yoga or feel like they wouldn’t fit into the yoga vibe. But men get bad backs and stiff joints too and yoga may be just what they need…whether they’re gym rats who are strong but not flexible, hard workers who are feeling rusty joints; or guys tied to a desk who can’t get to sleep at night.
This Father’s Day we want to celebrate the masculine among us! Bring the man in your life to yoga and share the experience. Register for class and bring along your masculine support as your guest.
Jake is a yoga teacher who is also studying as a physical therapist, so he’s planning a class that will be strong enough for the gents but still basic so everyone can enjoy it. It will be fun for
