FREE Basic Yoga w/Meditation w/Renee Laster

As part of their training, students of our Strongheart Teacher Training program are required to teach three classes and get some feedback from the people they teach. They can choose the participants—so they can ask family and friends and know they have moral support. Or they can challenge themselves and open the class to everyone! And finding the confidence to offer your fresh learning to strangers is definitely a challenge. Their teacher knows they’re ready, but they are often not as sure.

Last month, Jake Andrzejewski finished his feedback classes and became a certified yoga teacher. Confgratulations Jake! This month Renee Laster is sharing her learning and her wonderful voice with all of us. Come and throw some support her way!
