Welcome to “Better Backs & Beginners”
The yoga fundamentals are the building blocks of learning the practice. They are also the path to strengthening the spine and releasing tight, tense muscles for a healthy back. This class is designed for anyone new to yoga or desiring to get or maintain good spine health.
Please pre-register online. This is an In Studio class, no online portion.
All levels are welcome - even those with no experience at all!
