Close your Monday evening with some self-care: a Basic Yoga class in our beautiful studio!
An in-studio class from Pattie McCann, ERYT. This basic yoga class is a good fit for any yogi, from beginner to more experienced. Following the breath within movement is an a surefire way to release the tensions of the day.
There are only 5 spaces available and the class won’t proceed without a minimum of 4 registrants. So pre-register and save your spot!
In-studio class times
Mondays: May May 3, 10, 17, 24
7:00-8:00pm
The 4-class series is just $50. Click through to our calendar to register for this class. That will hold your spot and the system will prompt you to buy a pass. "In Studio Basic Mondays" as the class pass type.
Special Notes:
Limited enrollment to allow for social distancing.
Must wear a mask in studio.
Please arrive a few minutes before class to check in.
Bring your own mat, blanket, etc. We are not providing shared items at this time.
Mats and blankets can be purchased here for pick up or in-person at the studio. We have items for every budget from economy to deluxe.
