Gentle Basic Yoga is an easy entry for those with no prior yoga experience or who need a gentle sequence to follow. A slow pace allows learning and the transition from floor to standing is minimal. Small and simple movements build body-awareness and flexibility while reducing stress. Also great for those with limited mobility or recuperating from injuries.
Gentle Basic Yoga is taught by a live teacher, and you can join the in-studio class or the online virtual class. The in-studio class is limited to just 6 students so there is room for social distancing and lots of teacher support. The virtual class is unlimited and you can take it anywhere with our secure live streaming system.
5 classes, Wednesday mornings at 9:00am-10:00am. September 30 - October 28. Individual classes are $14 or buy a pass for the series. You can join the series at any time!
