A new class for 2020: Intro to Basic Yoga with Dawn.
Knowing the foundations and fundamentals of yoga can make your practice more satisfying and help you feel more free in your body. If you're brand new to yoga, you can get off to a good start here. If you've been practicing yoga, you'll get a good solid class and maybe even some helpful tips to get more out of your practice.
Regular class fee/pass applies. This class will be held every Monday at 7:15pm starting on February 17.
