Join JIm Bertrand as he leads our last Friday of the month Community Meditation. The focus isn’t on moving the body, but it doesn’t require sitting perfectly still for 45 minutes either. Jim will include just enough shifting position to keep the body relaxed as you clear your mind. This is a beautiful way to close the page on the past month & set your intention for the new month.
We have chairs available. Everyone is welcome!
