Our Spring 200 Hr Teacher Training is Beginning Soon

This intensive 10 week course, from March to June, will immerse students in the ancient art and science of yoga practice. Whether you see yourself wanting to teach yoga or just want to understand the practice of yoga more deeply, this is an opportunity to truly take your practice and understanding of yoga to a new level. Meeting on Friday evenings and Sundays, we’ll study the philosophy, psychology, and healthy life choices of yoga and meditation; as well as the mechanics and anatomy of asana and teaching methods. Enabling students to create artful and
effective yoga classes to share with students at all levels is our goal. With that in mind, we’ll study and practice Short-Form Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Basic Yoga.
